I have been out of commission for quite a while! I’m back now as is my PCOS- lol. As you may have read my PCOS was almost cleared up- I even went to a doctor who said I didn’t have it! My PCOS is back with a vengeance thanks to this last pregnancy.
So now I’m back at square one. My New Year’s Resolution is to get my supplements, diet, and working out back on track. I start next week with bloodwork to make sure my thyroid and all other organs are functioning properly. Then I will have an Ultrasound to check out my ovaries. After the medical stuff I’ll be on my own to do as I always have done- research and test.
Some simple steps I’ve taken are replacing my daily coffee (which was required for my survival with a newborn- lol) with tea. Swapping out the Holiday sweets with fresh fruits- especially oranges, mandarins, and apples. I penciled in 20 minutes a day of me time for walking (with or without the stroller) and I’m focused on going to bed early- even if I feel cheated out of some kid free time. Sleep is essential!!
